Below you will find the General Registration Conditions for education, courses and programs of Islam-Wise.nl. If specific conditions still apply to a certain course or training, these will be stated with that course or training in question.

If you have any questions about a course or training or programme, substantive or organizational, you can ask us prior to your registration. This gives you clarity about what to expect.

SIGN UP

Art. 1. Registration for a course or training of Islam-Wise.nl is done online via our website. We receive the data as provided by you. Your data will be checked and processed by us. Registering for a course or training is not without obligation. We refer you to Article 7, Article 13 and Article 14 for this.

Art. 2. The registration form is processed at Islam-Wise.nl in order of receipt of payment. Once there are no more study places available, we will no longer be able to process your registration.

Art. 3. Enrollment is only possible for the complete study programme. It is not possible to follow separate parts of the course or training.

Art. 4. The admission age is from 18 years. Exceptions can be made for 17-year-olds with written consent from parents or supervisors. You can discuss this with us.

Art. 5. Islam-Wise.nl reserves the right not to accept someone's application in case of doubt.

Art. 6. After receipt of your payment, you will be contacted about your placement and you will receive further information about the first study day.

PAYMENT

Art. 7. After registration for a course or training, the registered person must pay for the study, either in full, in installments or by means of a down payment as indicated by us.

Art. 8. The study fee must be paid before the start of the course or training and received by Islam-Wise.nl, unless stated otherwise in the brochure or folder of a specific course, or otherwise agreed with the person concerned.

Art. 9. For those for whom the one-off payment of the entire study amount is difficult, there is the option, if indicated during the registration procedure, to pay in installments until the full amount has been paid. The following rules apply:

Art. 9.1. the study amount must be transferred to the account of the Institute for Islamic Education and Courses within one week after registration, but before the start of the study, unless otherwise stated in the payment instructions for a course or training offered. week before the start of a course or training, payment must be made immediately so that payment is already in order before the start of the course or training.

Art. 9.2. if so indicated in a written confirmation of your registration, a down payment can be requested in advance if a full payment or installment payment is not yet financially possible for the tenderer at that time.

Art. 9.3. in the case of installments, the first installment must be received by us before the start of the course or training. The remaining installment(s) or the remaining amount must be paid at the latest on the date indicated by us.

Art. 9.4. for payment in installments after the start of a course or training, € 10.00 extra administration costs will be charged.

Art. 9.5. Payments in installments that take place after the start of the course or training are made by direct debit, by means of a one-off authorization, unless stated otherwise in the brochure or folder of a specific training and courses.

Art. 9.6. in the event of an impossibility of automatic collection, reversal on your part, or failure to pay your installment, the collection will be handed over to an external collection agency. All ensuing costs are for the account of the registered student.

Art. 10. Payment in installments is not possible for short courses and courses.

Art. 11. In the event of late payment, the registered student will be in default. Without further notice of default being required, the student can be refused access to the course or training, whereby the payment obligation of the student remains in full force.

Art. 12. If payment of the study amount is not made after a reminder, Islam-Wise.nl will transfer the claim to an external collection agency. All ensuing costs are for the account of the registered student.

CANCELLATION

Art. 13. Cancellation of your registration can be done in writing within three days after registration.

Art. 13.1. Cancellation of a fully online study/lesson is not possible because you waive your reflection period.

Art. 13.2. Refunds are not possible for a digital product because there is no cooling-off period.

Art. 14. Cancellation costs will be charged in the event of a written cancellation three days after registration.

Art. 14.1. If you do not respond to our correspondence and you have not canceled in writing within three days of registration, a cancellation fee of €25.00 will be charged on your part before a course or training starts.

Art. 14.2 In the event of cancellation before the start of a course or training or any program, earlier than fourteen days before the start of the study, the study amount already paid by you, after deduction of the cancellation costs of € 25.00, will be refunded to your account.

Art. 14.3 In case of cancellation from fourteen days before the start of a course or training or any program, a refund of the study amount is no longer possible. In case of cancellation within this period, the full study amount will remain due.

Art. 14.4. When you start a course or training for which you have registered and which you have not canceled in writing, you will be invoiced in full in accordance with our General Enrollment Conditions.

Art. 15. Deposits are non-refundable if a course or training is canceled before it starts.

Art. 16. From the start of a course or training or any program, refund of the study amount paid by you is no longer possible. In the event of an installment payment, the remainder of the study amount for the entire study period will still be owed.

Art. 16.1. Dar-al-'Ilm is not liable for the interim interruption of the course or training by the participant. Refunds, whether full or partial, are not possible as someone enrolls in a complete course or training.

Art. 17. A notice of cancellation before or after the start of a course or training must be sent in writing by post to Islam-Wise.nl, van der Horststraat 30, 2625 VS, Delft.

Art. 18. It is permitted to appoint a substitute for participation in a course or training or programme, provided he meets the set admission requirements. You must request this in writing.

RESERVATIONS AND CHANGES

Art. 19. Islam-Wise.nl reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course or training if there are too few registrations or for any other reason.

Art. 19.1. In case of cancellation of the course or training before it starts, the study amount paid by you will be returned to you or, if desired, it can be used for another course or training or postponed study date.

Art. 19.2. Tenderers can in no way hold Islam-Wise.nl liable for any resulting damage or disadvantage, either directly or indirectly.

Art. 20. Islam-Wise.nl reserves the right to change or amend the teaching schedule, teaching weeks, study duration and the holiday schedule or to insert extra days off. Islam-Wise.nl cannot be held liable in any way for any resulting damage or disadvantage, either directly or indirectly.

Art. 21. Islam-Wise.nl reserves the right to make periodic price changes for the courses and courses offered. This will have no consequences for participants in a current course or training.

Art. 22. Islam-Wise.nl reserves the right, if necessary or due to force majeure, to change the study room or study location for a study offered, regardless of whether a course or training has already started. Islam-Wise.nl can in no way be held liable for any inconvenience resulting therefrom, either directly or indirectly.

Art. 23. Islam-Wise.nl reserves the right, if necessary or due to force majeure, to change teachers in a study offered, regardless of a course or training that has already started. This will have no consequences for participants in a current course or training. Islam-Wise.nl cannot be held liable in any way for any resulting inconvenience, either directly or indirectly.

Art. 24. The study fee includes study material from Islam-Wise.nl, unless stated otherwise for a specific course or study programme. The cost of extra copies, books or any other required study material is for your own account.

Art. 25. The costs of textbooks, literature or any other required study material are for your own account, unless stated otherwise for a specific course or training.

Art. 26. The prices of books and external study materials are subject to change, as they were known at the time of publishing the announcement. If publishers/suppliers or other third parties change their prices in the interim, the changed prices will be passed on. No redress can be obtained from Islam-Wise.nl for this.

Art. 27. Islam-Wise.nl reserves the right, after consultation with the person concerned, to refuse access to the course or training if Islam-Wise.nl is of the opinion that indecent behavior is shown or if there is any distrust, regardless of its nature. The decision of Islam-Wise.nl cannot be refuted and is decisive. In the event of refusal of access to the course or training, the board can request a partial refund of the study fee in writing. The board will consider the request depending on the reason for refusal.

COPYRIGHT AND STUDY MATERIAL

Art. 28. Islam-Wise.nl retains the copyright to its own study material, in text and design. The study material may not be reproduced and/or made public by means of printing, photocopying, posting on the internet or in any other way without the prior written permission of the Institute of Islam Studies – Dar-al-'Ilm. Legal action may be taken when discovering abuse or improper use of our study materials.

Art. 29. Study material from Islam-Wise.nl may not be given to other educational institutions or learning centers, or teachers thereof, for their educational programs without the prior written consent of Islam-Wise.nl.

Fraud

Art. 29. The student is responsible for keeping his/her password and username combination secret.

Art. 30. It is not permitted to provide your username and/or password to third parties or to give third parties access in any way to the protected part of the Platform online course or training of the Institute for Islamic Education and Courses.

Art. 30.1. As soon as the student knows or has reason to suspect that a username and/or password has come into the hands of unauthorized persons, the Institute for Islamic Education and Courses must be informed immediately, without prejudice to the student's own obligation to immediately take effective measures. such as changing the username and/or password.

Art. 30.2. If the study conditions are not met, access to the digital learning environment may be denied and any teaching materials or updates will no longer be made available. See also Art. 27.

OBJECTION

Art. 31. Comments about a program of Islam-Wise.nl can be made known in writing to the management of Islam-Wise.nl.
