Shipping and Delivery Policy
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to put into production the same day orders placed on working days before 12:00 noon. However, we are not always able to comply with this, for example because the product is not in stock. In that case, the delivery of your order within the Netherlands will take approximately 4 to 5 working days. To Belgium it can take another 2 to 3 working days longer. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. For shipping we use PostNL rates with a small margin on top for packaging and administration costs.
Your web order will be delivered by PostNL and PostNL Parcels. If an order does not fit through the letterbox, it will be sent as a package.
